Returns and Exchanges

The customer has the right to return the goods to Like a river store by the right of withdrawal (art. 64 ss del lgs 206/2005), in compliance with the general sales conditions and terms by Like a river:

• not after the tenth day after the goods have been received. We need a written communication by email
• the products must be completely intact
• Like a river will return the total amount within 10 days
• Like a river agrees to change the goods as long as it is intact and not damaged
