G3 Guide Stockingfoot Waders – Simms

Description

Fly-fishing waders by the well-known American brand Simms; manufactured in the U.S.A. in Bozeman, Montana, the new 4-layer Gore-Tex® Pro-Shell fabric is a guarantee of safety in terms of breathability, comfort, and durability;

this new technological fabric can repair any microholes created during use, only by not using it for a few hours! The lower part of the G3 Guide wader is more robust (4 layers) which extends beyond the back for increased safety, while the upper part remains 3 layers.

The front part has a hand warmer with two side zips and a central one to place all accessories, leaders, tippets, boxes for flies and more. Inside there is a removable pocket and the retractor holder. Neoprene belt included.

GORE-TEX® Wader Care

The first step to increase the life of the wader is to dry it well; it is essential to dry the wader thoroughly every time. Dry them first on the inside (if it is moist) and then on the outside.

Washing

By hand-washing or in the washing machine; use cold water and regular detergents that do not contain bleach. Once the wader has been washed, dry it thoroughly both inside and out. Never put the waders inside a dryer, excessive heat may detach or melt parts of the wader.

Useful Information

Always use a mat not to ruin the neoprene foot of the wader and do not leave it in the car for a long time especially in summer, the excessive heat could ruin the wader. Do not wear jeans under the wader, the abrasive inside could ruin it; use the appropriate sub-waders to avoid damaging the interior.
